This petition is filed by the petitioner/A3 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail in Crime No.46 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, K.V.Palle Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 120B read with 34 IPC and under Section 20(1)(d)(i) of A.P.Forest Amendment Act, 2016 read with Section 2(1)(c)(ii)(iv)(ix) & (x) of A.P.Forest amendment Act, 1967, Section 36 of A.P.Forest Amendment Act, 2016 read with 32A of A.P.Forest Amendment Act, 1967, rules 3 and 4 of AP Sandal Wood and Red Sanders Transit Rules, Section of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1985; Sections 4 and 6 of Biological Diversity Act, 2002.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
