Heard Smt.K.Aruna for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".............Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 4th respondent in deleting an extent of Ac.5.64 cents in Sy.No.401/2 situated at Katakanipalli village, Dornala Mandal, Prakasam District from the petitioner's holdings from the online entries without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the ROR Act., as being, illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein to restore the entries and to conduct the survey and demarcation of the land by fixing boundaries, and to grant..........."
Smt K.Aruna contends that the petitioner is not issued notice or given semblance of opportunity before the online entries are altered. According to her, the deletion is without authority, arbitrary and illegal and prays for restoration of entries.
To meet the ends of justice and to give fair opportunity to petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
(a) The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation to 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer by enclosing a copy of this order within two (2) weeks from today.
(b) The 3rd respondent considers and passes order as expeditiously as possible, preferably with six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
