On the last three adjournments, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
