THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8530 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.86 of 2014 on the file of the Special Mobile Judicial First Class Magistrate Court at Kakinada.

2 . When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of the discharge petition.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4 . Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
