This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 115 of 2016 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Balanagar, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] [ii] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
