It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent company is before the NCLT under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Though the Company Petition was admitted, the Official Liquidator had not taken charge as per the report of the Official Liquidator dated 28.11.2019.
