HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25814 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action against respondent No.4, despite receipt of report dated 26.02.2018 submitted by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after receipt of complaint of the petitioner dated 26.02.2018, the Commissioner of Police, Siddipet Commissionerate issued directions to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Husnabad Division, In-charge of Gajwel Division, to conduct enquiry into the matter and to submit report; that pursuant to the said directions, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Husnabad Division in-charge of Gajwel Division, has conducted enquiry into the matter and submitted a enquiry report to the Commissioner of Police, Siddipet Commissionerate, and found that the allegations made by the petitioner are false. A copy of the report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Gajwel Division, dated 28.08.2018, is also filed along with the written instructions. In view of the above it goes to show that the grievance of petitioner is attended to.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
