HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri G Madhusudan learned standing counsel for respondent GHMC and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking action on the representation of the petitioners dated 24.6.2015 regarding removing unauthorized constructions made by respondents 4 and 5 on the eastern side of petitioner's house bearing No. 71-350/1, Balkampet, Hyderabad as illegal and for a consequential direction to remove the unauthorized constructions.

3. Petitioner claims that he is owner and possessor of house bearing No. 7-1-350/1, Balkampet, Hyderabad. The only grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 and 5 have encroached the road margin by raising tin shed in front of his house blocking his gate on eastern side causing much inconvenience to him and public at large. That the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.6.2015 to respondents 2 and 3 and since no action is taken thereon, filed the present writ petition.

4. When the matter is taken up, counsels appearing on either side, agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to expeditiously dispose of the representation of petitioners dated 24.6.2015.

5. Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.6.2015 and after affording reasonable opportunity to respondents 4 and 5 pass appropriate orders as warranted under law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions,

if any pending, are closed.
