The issue raised in this Civil Revision Petition is similar to the issue which arose in CRP.No.235 of 2011 between the same parties but in a different suit. This is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. For reasons alike, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file an application in the Court below to discharge the guardian appointed by it for the 3rd respondent/defendant by producing proof that the 3rd respondent/defendant had attained majority either by the date of impugned order or as on today.
