This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.287 of 2014 on the file of P.S. Chandrayangutta, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 463, 464, 468 and 471 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the proceedings in Cr.No. 287 of 2014 against the petitioner are dropped, that the Police after due investigation filed Final Report dropping the action against the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, no further Orders need be passed in the instant Petition and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
