HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 261 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.5 to consider the complaints dated 31.7.2015, 9.8.2015, 23.8.2015 and 20.12.2015 of the petitioner-church and take necessary action against unofficial respondents 6 to 14. The petitioner herein is M.B.Mizpah Church. The allegation of the petitioner against respondent No.5 is that the petitioner has lodged complaints against respondents 6 to 14 but the police have not investigated the matter.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned AGP (Home), and perused the material on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for direction to the police to complete the investigation in the matter and file charge sheet before the appropriate Court.

Learned AGP (Home) submits that the police are taking steps in the cases registered on the complaints lodged by the petitioner. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, the respondent No.5 is

GSP, J W.P. No.261 of 2016 directed to conduct investigation expeditiously, and file charge sheet before the appropriate Court.
