HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.16125 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner aggrieved by the continued inaction in conducting enquiry as directed by this Court in W.P.No.24183 of 1999 against unauthorized assignment has filed the instant writ petition.
Mr.M.M.Srinivasa Rao submits that the inaction is continuous in nature and the petitioner may be given liberty to represent by RPAD to respondents 2 to 4 and if the inaction still continues, liberty to file contempt case or file fresh writ petition is sought. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by the following order: (i) the petitioner is given liberty to submit by enclosing a copy of this order to respondents 2 to 4 for action in terms of order dated 19.04.2007 in W.P.No.24183 of 1999; and (ii) the respondents are directed to look into the grievance and do the needful within three months thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
