When the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the representation made by the learned Government Pleader for Endowments, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
