HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40155 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and, with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner questions the action of respondent No.2 (Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa, YSR District) in not disposing of the appeal filed against the order of respondent No.3 dated 26.02.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2; and final orders would be passed on the appeal at the earliest. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, against the order dated 26.02.2007 in Ref.No.B/386-1/2006 passed by respondent No.3, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
