HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.23975 OF 2009 ORDER:

Heard Mr.J.Mallikarjun, holding for Mr.G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim order dated 02.07.2010, the grievance of petitioner is substantially redressed and if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order communicated by the respondents, he may be given liberty to challenge such order. He requests the Court to make the interim order as final order and dispose of the writ petition. Learned standing counsel submits that he has no objection for disposing of the writ petition by making the interim order as final order. The submissions of learned counsel appearing for the parties are placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by making the interim order as final order. If the representation as already directed is considered and disposed of, the petitioner is given liberty to assail such communication in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
