Ms. S. Madhavi, learned counsel representing Mr. C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the writ petition may be closed reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the liberty afore-stated.
