This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.168 of 2014 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
