THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.292 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw C.C.No.223 of 2015 pending on the file of the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, and transfer the same to the Court of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. If the petitioner files the petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
