This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, to give a direction to the XIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, R.R. District, L.B. Nagar, to dispose of Crl.A.No.111 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

Since the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Sessions Judge to dispose of the appeal, the learned XIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, R.R. District, L.B. Nagar, is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.111 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. 3.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
