It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was convicted in an offence relating to Section 304 IPC and he is undergoing life imprisonment. In the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
