THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.1057 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.212 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Thorrur, Warangal District, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 11 for the offences under Sections 448, 427 and 324 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of this criminal petition has already been defeated and therefore sought for dismissal of the criminal petition as it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
