The petitioners made a request to the 2nd respondent to provide Digitalized Adangal copy and the said request was further followed by a legal notice issued by his counsel on 21-02-2015 and the 2nd respondent vide L.Dis.No.D6/3298/2015, dated 23-07-2015, directed the 4th respondent to examine the petitioners' request and take appropriate necessary steps. As the 4th respondent has not acted upon the said letter issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Since the petitioners' application remains unconsidered by the 4th respondent in spite of the directions of the 2nd respondent, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
