THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10550 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities had not registered a case against respondents 5 to 7 herein despite his complaint to the competent criminal Court being forwarded to the police authorities.

The written instructions dated 18.04.2012 furnished by the Station House Officer, Husnabad Police Station, Karimnagar District, reflect that the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad, forwarded the private complaint of the petitioner on 03.04.2012 to the Station House Officer, Husnabad Police Station. Thereupon, Crime No.53 of 2012 was registered under Sections 463, 464, 468, 471, 420, 290 and 506 I.P.C., read with Section 34 I.P.C. Respondents 5 to 7 herein were shown as the accused therein.

In the light of the aforestated facts, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities upon his complaint is shown to be without basis.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
