THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.21066 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Tej Prakash Toshniwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, after the Writ Petition was filed, the respondents have now passed an order of confiscation on 30.06.2016 and the petitioner may be granted permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the confiscation order.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
