THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.7334 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the application made by the petitioner in the year 2000 for reappointment and the representations dated 12.11.2001 and 07.01.2003 amounts to erroneous, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 311 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Badili Coal Filler or any other suitable post in the respondent's company forthwith.

No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in pursuance of the orders of this Court dated 19.04.2004, the respondents considered the application and passed orders. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
