Petition under Article 226 ol the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not correcting the entry in new title book cum pattadar passbook of the petitioner as Ac. 0.20 gts in Sy.No.272l@212, in place of Ac.0.1250 gts in Sy.No.272l@1 as perthe letter addressed by the respondent No.2, in Lr.No.D2l434l2O21-979, dated:23-11-2021, addressing to the respondent No.

4, considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated: '19-1 1-2021, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and also the provisions of the Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2020. Consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4, to correct the entry in new title book cum pattadar passbook as Ac.0.20 gts in Sy.No.272l@212, in place of Ac. 0.1250 gts in Sy.No.272l@1 o'f the petitioner, as per the letter addressed by the respondent No.2, in Lr.No.D2l43412021-979, daled:2311112021, addressing to the respondent No.4, and considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated: 1911112021 .

lA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 to 4, to correct the entry in new title book cum pattadar passbook as Ac. 0.20 gts in Sy.No.272l@212, in place of Ac. 0.1250 gts in Sy.No.272lee1, of the petitioner, as per the letter addressed by the respondent No.2, in Lr.No.D2l434l2O21979, dated: 23-11-2021 , addressing to the respondent No.4, and considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated: 19-11-2021 , pending disposal of WP.No.3491 7 of 2021 , on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s K. VENUMADHAV Advocate for the Petitioner and GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents, the Court made the following.

r ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has stated that as per CCLA Circular No.112021, dated 15.01.2021, the Tahsildar is not the competent authority to make any corrections in the revenue records and the competent authority is the District Collector.

A perusal of the letter dated 23.11.2021 addressed by the Collector, Kamareddy, to the Tahsildar, Machareddy, shows that the petitioner has already made a representation on 20.11.2021.

ln view of the same, the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Machareddy is directed to submit a report to the respondent No.2 - District Collector within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such report, the District Collector shall take the same into consideration and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. ,TRUE COPY// "/;5;fi11',Iin!]"'
