THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 5817 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The language used in the writ petition is not understandable by us. We find full of mistakes both grammatical and otherwise. On this ground alone we are dismissing the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
