THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.525 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging that only part payment was made pursuant to the order retaining the balance amount and hence, the respondent has not implemented the order passed in W.P.No.26463 of 2016, dated 06.09.2016.

Today when the case is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the entire amount due to the petitioner was paid and in view of the same, no further proceedings are required in this matter. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
