This revision petition is filed assailing the judgment dated 29.10.2010 in IA.No.131 of 2010 in OS.No.24 of 2009 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Bodhan. By the said orders, the said IA filed by a third party for his impleadment as a party 2nd defendant in the suit was allowed. The note of the Registry shows that the suit itself was disposed of on 12.12.2013. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
