HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 15942 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in investigating Crime No. 83 of 2017. Now the learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to take further steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
