HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6505 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms Pingali lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The grievance of the petitioners is that road is proposed to be laid through their lands situated in Sy.Nos.14, 15/B, Desaipet, Warangal District, without acquiring the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, since there already exists road, there is no necessity to lay road and, it is only on account of animosity, road is proposed to be laid through the petitioners lands without following due process of law.

Ms Pingali lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the proposal to lay road through the petitioners land is abandoned and, if there is necessity for respondent No.2 - Corporation to lay road through the land of the petitioners, the same shall be undertaken after following due process of law.

Recording the submission made by Ms Pingali lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
