ORDER:- Heard.
2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of directions given by the SubDivisional Magistrate and Sub-Collector, Bhongir in Appeal No.D.1091/2009 dated 02.04.2013, the fourth respondent has neither complied with the order nor passed any further order as directed by the, Sub-Collector. Operative paragraph of the order of the SubCollector reads as follows: "In view of the above facts, the appeal is allowed by setting aside the order passed by the Tahsildar, B.Pochampally in File No.B/517/2006, dt.3.6.2009 and the case is remanded to the lower court for denovo disposal on the points mentioned above by enquiring both parties and appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of this order."

In view of the above, since no orders are yet passed by the fourth respondent in compliance with the above direction, he shall do so expeditiously after fixing a date for hearing of the appeal and after giving notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and the affected parties, if any, hear them, and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J
