THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1615 of 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is as under: "...to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in providing police protection to the petitioners despite subsistence of injunction order dated 19.07.2014 in IA No.149/2014 in OS No.274/2014 on the file of the learned Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, and also latest representation dated 21.01.2015.submitted to the respondent Nos.2 to 4, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioners and their families."

3. During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent that O.S. No.274 of 2014 on the file of the Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, itself was disposed of and therefore, no further cause would survive. However, there is no representation to rebut the same from the petitioners.

4. Having regard to the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO, J September 12, 2019 KTL
