This writ petition is filed assailing the action of respondents in not allowing the petitioner-theater to run as per rates mentioned in its application dated 23-07-2018. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.18779 of 2014 and Batch by its common order dated 31-10-2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid common order dated 31-10-2016, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
