Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 0212-2003, in OS.No.37 of 2000, on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Mr.TS.Anand, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated Nil, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, stating that the appellant has requested him to withdraw the appeal and that therefore, the appeal be posted under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated his request.
