RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in non-considering representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2023 and noninitiating to take necessary action and conduct to detailed enquiry against the illegal appointments of the respondents Nos.s to 11 and non-initiating to take necessary action against them who are created the fake bonafide certificates and forged the signatures of school Headmaster and same was utilized and produced before the respondent No.2 and filed false complaints in Notification No.

2l2O23 daled O2-02-2023 under ST category more particularly they filed applications as local candidates and cheated the respondent No.2 as well as authorities concerned and they selected under ST and local category and cheated petitioner and other eligible candidates who are belongs to local candidates, is illegal and non-initiating to delete names of the respondents No.5 to 11 from the selection list, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and also violation of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to consider representation of the petitioner and take action against illegal and fake documents of the respondent Nos.5 to 11.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting a Iiberty as sought by the petitioner.
