Sri Ram, advocate on record for respondent No.3. I have perused the prayer made in the writ petition. Keeping that in view, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and, hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
