Kalyanam Krishna v. Seelam Srinivas

THE HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI C.R.P.NOS.4980 AND 4995 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER Petitioners are defendants in the suit. Both the revisions are filed against the orders passed in interlocutory applications in the suit in O.S.No.129 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Kothagudem.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the main suit itself was disposed of and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the present revisions.

Recoding the above submission, both the revisions are dismissed as having become infructuous.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
