OFFICE NOTE 28.12.2022 KS,J IA.No.4 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this Criminal Petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' seeking corrections in Criminal Petition No.8666 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court passed order in Crl.P.No.8666 of 2022 and at 4th line of 1st paragraph of the order, the case number of the court below is mentioned as STC SI No.775 of 2021 instead of 'CC NI No.17476/2022.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct the case number of the court below as 'CC NI No.17476/2022' in the 4th line of the 1st paragraph of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.8666 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.

Hence, the Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the said judgment.
