Janaki Ram Singh v. Apsrtc, Rep. By M.D.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16477 of 2003 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in regularizing the services of the petitioner.
It has been contended by the petitioner that even though he has been continuously working with the respondents since 1997, the respondents are not regularizing his services. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking regularization of his services.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the respondents seeking regularization of his services, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, in four weeks thereafter.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
