ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.324 of 2015 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 04.08.2015 in Crl.P.No.7406 of 2015. Since there is no specific change of circumstances from the date of dismissal of earlier bail application, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
