HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13052 OF 2004 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he is challenging the orders passed in I.D.No.89/2001, dated 10.2.2004 wherein no relief was granted to the petitioner and the petitioner is challenging the orders of removal before the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court and contends that the relief sought for by the petitioner at this point of time cannot be granted as the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.

Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above said fact. 3.
This Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to pay the service benefits of the petitioner for the services rendered by him prior to his removal, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
