Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner died long back without disclosing the date of death and no steps were taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner till date. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed as abated by operation of law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
