Jonnapalli Satyanarayana, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 30492 OF 2016 O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.). With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of respondent No. 1 in Memo No. 31617/Regn. II/A1/2012-4 dated 31-08-2015, basing on which the applications of the petitioners dated 13-04-2016 and 12-04-2016 respectively for renewal to practise as notaries were rejected by respondent No. 2, as illegal and arbitrary. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.Nos. 9655 of 2016 and batch dated 02-12-2016 and the same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the said order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. _______________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J.
Date: 27th December, 2017.

The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 02-12-2016 in W.P.Nos. 9655 of 2016 and batch to this order. B/O JSK
