Upon hearing the learned counsel for petitioner/A.1, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. During the arguments it has come to light that in C.C.No.185 of 2011 pending on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati, the charges were framed and the matter is coming up for trial.

3. Having regard to the stage of the case, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The petitioner/A.1 is at liberty to put-forth all the defences available to him under law before the trial Court and the trial Court shall consider them and pass appropriate judgment after fullfledged trial within four(4) months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
