Petitioner, who is A2 in Cr.No.145 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Gopalapuram Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 370 (A) (2) IPC, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
