HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 19803 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This habeas corpus writ petition is filed by one Thiruveedhula Muralikrishna seeking production of Ms.Bimaneni Pranathi Yadav claiming that they married on 12.06.2015. He contends that his wife Ms.Bimaneni Pranathi Yadav has been illegally detained by her fatherrespondent No.4. Respondent No.4 and his daughter Ms.Bimaneni Pranathi Yadav are present in the Court. We interacted with both separately. Ms.Bimaneni Pranathi Yadav is 26-year-old and has done M.Pharm and working with Aizant Pharmaceutics Company as Junior Scientist. She categorically stated that she would like to go with the petitioner. Though, she so stated, she submits that she has not been detained by her father. Father also, after interaction, states that he will not stop her from going to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition allowing Ms.Bimaneni Pranathi Yadav to join the petitioner whenever she desires. If she wishes, it is open to her to join the petitioner right in the Court and go with him. We hope and trust that respondent No.4 shall not obstruct or create any hurdle in her way if she desires to join

the petitioner.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
