HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15146 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in not permitting the 1st petitioner and other petitioners for the test and interview for appointment to the post of Contract Junior Lineman in terms of notifications as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Contract Junior Lineman in terms of the notifications and to appoint them basing on their performance.

When the matter was listed on 22.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
