In the office note column of the proceeding sheet, the endorsement made by the Registry would show that as per telephonic message, O.S.No.108 of 2007 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, was disposed of on 07.03.2017 and I.A.No.466 of 2010 was disposed of on 08.09.2010.

When the suit itself was disposed of on 07.03.2017, the present revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the present revision stand closed. No order as to costs.
