HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25838 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are seeking to dispossess the petitioner from the land to an extent of Ac.4-00 cents situated in Sy.No.38-1E of Pedagarlapdu Village, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the possession of the petitioner over the above said land.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
